How does a custom piece work?
Every custom piece begins with your idea. Tell us what you'd like to commemorate or celebrate, and share any photographs, artwork, wording, or inspiration you'd like us to incorporate.
We'll review your idea and work with you to determine the best approach for your piece. Once the details are finalized, we'll create your one-of-a-kind design and bring it to life by hand.
What can I personalize?
Custom pieces can be created around the people, places, pets, and moments that mean the most to you — or designed to represent your business, organization, or brand.
Depending on the piece, personalization may include photographs, meaningful locations, names, dates, wording, artwork, logos, brand elements, or other details that make the design uniquely yours.
Custom pieces can also be created for corporate gifts, client appreciation, employee gifts, branded events, weddings, celebrations, and other special occasions.
We'll help determine what will work best with your chosen piece and desired design, whether you're creating one meaningful keepsake or a collection of pieces for a larger group or event.
How do Celebration Bottles work?

3. We create your bottle
Your chosen bottle is transformed into a one-of-a-kind celebration piece.
4. Pick up or have it delivered
Celebration Bottles are available for local pickup or delivery within 10 miles of our Long Island studio. Due to their contents, bottles are not available for shipping.
Can I use my own photograph?
Absolutely. Your own photograph can be the starting point for a truly personal piece.
Once you share your image with us, we'll determine how it can best be incorporated into the design while preserving the character and details that make the photograph meaningful to you.
We'll also guide you on image selection if you're unsure which photograph to use.
How long does a custom piece take?
Custom pieces require additional time because each one is individually designed and handcrafted.
Timing can vary depending on the complexity of the design, materials, and current order volume. We'll provide an estimated timeline when your project is discussed.
Can I order multiple pieces for an event?
Yes. Custom pieces can be created for weddings, bridal showers, celebrations, corporate gatherings, client gifts, and other special events.
Multiple pieces can be designed as a coordinated collection while still allowing for individual personalization.
For larger orders, we'll work with you to determine quantities, design details, and timing.
How much does a custom piece cost?
Custom pricing varies depending on the piece, size, design, materials, and level of personalization.
Because every custom project is different, we'll provide a personalized quote based on your idea before any work begins.
What happens after I inquire?
Once you tell us about your idea, we'll review the details and reach out to discuss your vision, the piece you'd like to create, and any photographs or inspiration you'd like to use within 24-48 hours.
From there, we'll outline the next steps, provide your personalized quote, and answer any questions before moving forward.
